What Are The Shipping Costs For Leather Skins/Hides?

For UK destinations please see the pricing info below. Generally, our parcels are delivered the next working day, but can take longer during busier periods. For International Orders & Additional handling (overweight) – price by quotation. All below prices are subject to the addition of VAT.

Small: 79x10x10, max 30kg: £12.50

Medium: 129x10x10, max 30kg: £16.50

Large: 131x17x17, max 30kg: £20.50

Extra large (wide): 119x32x16, max 30kg: £30.50

We can deliver to most international destinations by quotation.

What Are The Postage Costs For Online Shop Orders?

Please see below prices for orders placed online, all inclusive of VAT

UK Orders:

Tracked 24 Royal Mail: £6.95

Tracked 48 Royal Mail: £5.99

DHL/UPS Tracked for above 2kg: £9.95

International Orders:

Your shipping charge will be calculated at Checkout. We can deliver to most international destinations, however if your Country is not shown at Checkout, let us know.

I am based in the EU - what export charges will there be?

EU Export and associated charges:

On our invoice:

Carriage Charge
 – based on an individual quotation of shipment to your country, taking into account weight and dimensions.

Charged by the Freight Courier prior to release to you - The courier will contact you directly once the shipment has arrived into Customs to request payment of:

 applicable to your own country’s rate payable to the Courier. Of course, you will be able to claim back your VAT in your usual way if you are a VAT registered business *.

Customs admin fee: each EU country’s Customs sets its own disbursement fee. Typically, around £15 but does vary.

Duty: None payable (on most products) because we have signed a free trade agreement with the EU, there are no Tariff Duties due.

* Note for VAT Reg Customers: It is a good idea to register for an EORI number to be used on future shipments (many of our EU customers now have one) but in the meantime your VAT number is sufficient and that will enable Customs to clear the goods once you have paid the above charges. Please let us have your EORI or VAT numbers on placing your order.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

DHL/UPS Parcels generally deliver the next working day, however we do ask you please allow up to 2 days.

Royal Mail Services as indicated.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your parcel is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

If you don't receive a tracking number, let us know.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

Web Orders: Your shipping charge will be calculated at Checkout. We can deliver to most international destinations, however if your Country is not shown at Checkout, let us know.

Leather Orders: Your shipping cost will be calculated once your skins/hides have been selected and packaged. At that point you will receive an email from us outlining the final balance to be paid including shipping costs.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

If you wish to use your own carrier, we can only accept this under the following 2 conditions:

1. All the arrangements must be made by you. We can supply you with the weight and dimensions of your parcel(s)

2. You provide us with the labels, including a bar code to attach to the parcel(s) to prevent us having to complete any paperwork for the carrier. A&A Crack & Sons Ltd are not responsible for damage/loss when using your own shipping methods.

Can I order from one country and deliver to another?

Yes, we can ship to any destination. We would need to check if there are any restrictions for some countries before quoting.
