Horween derby - colour card

Horween Derby is the most rustic version of the vegetable lines, A vegetable tanned leather infused with a rich blend of waxes and tumbled to emphasise the natural highs and lows in the leather. It is more rugged version than Dublin leather and displays a softer temper. The same tannage, material and process as Horween Dublin but an additional process of dry milling which breaks up the flat characterises for a more rugged worn look.

The leather is highly distressed and exhibits a rugged appearance as a result of the tumbling process. Derby exhibits great tonality with a rich pull up and will age beautifully by developing a rich patina.
